How it Works
Our programs utilize our proprietary eCoaching™ technology which has been carefully designed to mimic the experience of working with a live coach. It empowers you to explore, reflect and arrive at your own answers and solutions. Not only does eCoaching™ allow you to complete your program when and where it’s convenient for you, it makes the program much more affordable than if it were entirely live. To supplement the eCoaching™, you will have access to a certified coach who can answer any questions you may have.You will also have access to a community of others going through the same process.
