ALV Life and Career Coach, Libby, is leaning into her yoga instructor roots to host a virtual mindfulness and mediation workshop. This workshop is perfect for anyone who is looking for some new skills to help cope with the uncertainty we’re facing in our new daily routines.

You can expect to learn:

  • How you can use meditation and mindfulness techniques throughout your day, regardless of what’s happening around you
  • Some of the major benefits of a mindfulness practice
  • Some new meditation techniques, perfect for all levels

Libby will close out this session with a short guided meditation and open Q&A. If you’re losing your mind or going stir crazy, this is the perfect event to help you ground yourself and find your peace
