This is my story
I believe that our career is a journey. I have found that careers are typically not a straight line with a final destination, but many careers involve zig zags and unexpected changes. I believe that what lights us up as an individual may change over the course of time and we can reflect and obtain skills and habits to be prepared for changes that arise in our career.
I personally have been a coach for the majority of my career. I have also been a sales professional, have taught English abroad, have worked in the university setting, at a start-up, have owned my own business, and have worked in some international consulting companies. I have held individual contributor roles all the way to Director-level roles and I have also worked in a portfolio career, working in two or more jobs at one time.
With all of these experiences, some clients I commonly partner with fall into one or more of these categories:

I coach through empathy and deep listening while using a balance of logic and intuition and meeting clients where they are right now.
I appreciate partnering with clients who are open to reflecting on where they have been and where they want to be, understanding their strengths and what lights them up, while also recognizing what we can and cannot control in our lives to allow for optimal momentum in our life and career path.
