This is my story
My career has never followed a straight line, and that is exactly why I do this work. I have pivoted across industries from education to technology recruiting to leadership roles in higher education, working closely with professionals navigating complex career transitions. Along the way, I saw how many talented people felt stuck and unsure how to translate their experience into new opportunities or pivot without starting over.
As a former technology recruiter and career strategist, I have spent more than 15 years helping professionals understand how hiring decisions are made and how to position their skills in evolving job markets. I also understand the personal side of career decisions.
