CHALLENGE
They had one manager training program designed for tenured leaders and no development path for first time managers. Existing L&D programs were disconnected, outdated, and lacked a clear progression.
The core need: Create a cohesive, scalable foundation for new manager effectiveness and long-term leadership growth.
