This is my story
I partner with leaders to elevate how they think, show up, and lead… combining direct, strategic coaching with actionable insight to strengthen presence, unlock clarity, and drive meaningful impact across their careers and organizations.
I am an ICF-certified PCC Executive and Leadership Coach, Founder of Model Executive Consulting, and a facilitator with over 20 years of experience leading and navigating high-performance environments across IT, AI, and digital media. My career has been shaped not only by delivering results at the highest levels, but by learning how to lead, communicate, and show up with intention in spaces that were not always designed with me in mind. Those experiences became pivotal turning points—expanding my perspective, strengthening my voice, and ultimately leading me to this work.
Today, I partner with executives, emerging leaders, and mission-driven organizations to elevate leadership impact from the inside out. Whether you are navigating complex team dynamics, stepping into a new level of leadership, experiencing imposter syndrome, or looking to strengthen your executive presence and communication, my approach is both direct and strategic. I integrate coaching, consulting, and evidence-based frameworks—including DiSC and Hogan—to help you gain clarity, align with your values, and take meaningful, measurable action. At the core of my work is a deep belief that coaching is transformative and it should be both accessible and energizing. I understand firsthand what it means to operate without consistent access to that level of support, and I’ve seen the impact when leaders are given the space, tools, and partnership to fully develop and perform at their highest potential. My role is to create a space where you can think strategically, challenge your assumptions, and expand what you believe is possible, all while equipping you to translate that growth into meaningful impact across your career, your team, and your organization.

My approach supports leaders in strengthening executive presence, refining communication, and leading with authenticity, especially for those navigating “onlyness” in high-performance environments.
