This is my story

I didn’t arrive here through a straight line. I built my career inside some of the most demanding environments—advising Fortune 500 leaders, navigating enterprise-level strategic change, operating at the center of high-stakes decisions. On paper, it worked. But over time, I started to see the cost up close—the quiet burnout, the isolation, the pressure to perform without space to think, feel, or question. I recognized it because I had lived it. That realization became a pivot point: I stopped focusing only on how leaders perform and became deeply committed to how they experience their leadership.

That shift took me beyond traditional leadership development into deeper work—Gestalt, mindfulness, somatics, systems thinking, and transpersonal psychology. Not as an escape from the business world, but as a way to meet it more honestly. I began integrating these disciplines with my strategic background, working with leaders not just on what they do, but on how they relate—to themselves, to power, to uncertainty, and to the systems they lead. The work became less about fixing problems and more about increasing capacity: to see clearly, to choose intentionally, and to lead without losing themselves in the process.

The clients who find me are often at an inflection point. From the outside, they’re successful—VPs, SVPs, C-suite leaders carrying significant scope and responsibility. But internally, something is shifting. What used to work no longer does. They’re questioning how they lead, what it’s costing them, and what’s next. They don’t need more advice or surface-level coaching. They need a space where they can think clearly, be challenged directly, and engage the deeper patterns shaping their leadership. That’s where we work—at the level where real change actually happens.

  • Senior executives — VPs, SVPs, and C-suite leaders — in Fortune 500, global, and private equity-backed organizations
  • Leaders newly appointed to a senior role who need to establish credibility and make impact fast
  • Executives leading enterprise transformation who need to bring their organizations with them
  • High performers who have plateaued and sense their current leadership style has reached its limit
  • Leaders preparing for the next level who need to close the gap between where they are and what’s required
  • Executives navigating political complexity at the top — and the isolation that comes with it
  • Leaders at a crossroads — burnt out, questioning their direction, and ready to reconnect to what matters

My Coaching Approach

My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, strategic advisory, and whole-human development. I partner with senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, and sustained pressure—often at moments when performance alone is no longer enough. Drawing on 25+ years advising Fortune 500 executives, combined with deep training in Gestalt, mindfulness, somatics, and systems thinking, I help leaders see what’s actually driving their behavior, decision-making, and impact. This is not surface-level coaching. It’s precise, honest work that strengthens clarity, expands capacity, and shifts how leaders relate to themselves, their teams, and the systems they lead.

I have worked with senior executives across industries, as well as intact leadership teams responsible for enterprise-wide execution. Whether supporting an individual at an inflection point or guiding a team through alignment and change, my role is to cut through noise, surface what matters, and translate insight into grounded, actionable leadership. The result is not just better performance—it’s leadership that is more deliberate, more sustainable, and far more effective in the environments these leaders actually operate in.

When I began working with Jennifer, I was looking to refine my leadership approach and reconnect with the strengths that would serve me best during a period filled with transitions.
