AGRiP Communication norms

During our effective communication workshops, we discussed universal communication norms within the organization. We will submit our top 7 communication norms prior to the communication norms workshop on 5/14/24. During the workshop, we will have our final list of 7 norms and discuss in detail how we will hold each other accountable.
