$230 per week for the ten week intensive, then $65 per month

We use a unique blend on online eCoaching and private one-on-one sessions. Through a 10 week intensive with a certified Ama La Vida career coach or specialist, you’ll go through the first three phases of the program. After that, you’ll continue on with quarterly coaching sessions to help you stay on track toward your goals.

1. Uncover Your Hidden Self

This is where you’ll discover who you are, what you want and what you need to live a fulfilled life. You’ll uncover your passions, gifts, values and purpose. This spans two weeks as you truly get to know yourself and includes:

1) Two private coaching sessions with your personal Certified Coach

2) Four powerful online eCoaching modules

3) Unlimited access to our proprietary eCoaching technology so you can continue to utilize the support in the future

This step provides you with the framework to feel clear and confident about who you are, including your deepest passions, gifts, values, and purpose, as well as what you want from your future! Next, it’s time to find the perfect career path that aligns to your personality and preferences.

2. Find Your Perfect Job

This is the phase where we evaluate which types of career paths will fit your values, compliment your strengths and align with your ideal workplace culture. We balance a desire to build an ideal career path with your practical lifestyle priorities and needs. This includes:

1) Two private coaching sessions with your personal Certified Coach

2) Eight powerful online eCoaching modules

3) A sophisticated decision-making tool to help you arrive at your optimal career direction

During this process, your coach will support you to open up your mind to all career possibilities and then intelligently narrow them down until you arrive at your number one career choice. You will explore what’s required in terms of training and education, as well as what a typical day looks like in each career path. Once you are feeling excited about your chosen direction, it’s time to move to step 3 – get that job!

3. Get That Job

This where we walk you through the specific steps you need to take to go from where you are to where you want to be and map it out on a specific timeline. In the next six weeks, you will have everything you need to land that job! The program is organized into six phases. Each phase will help you develop valuable skills in different key areas crucial to landing that job! This includes:

1) Six coaching sessions with an experienced ALV Certified Coach and/or Career Specialist

2) In-depth resume enhancement with a Career Specialist

3) Recorded mock interview session

4) A thorough review and enhancement of your online profile

5) Six online eCoaching modules – Resume Review, Personal Branding, Networking & Applications, Interviewing Skills, Negotiation Strategies and Day One on the Job and Beyond

4. Be Successful on the Job

You’ll continue working with your coach after the 10-week intensive to provide the support and accountability you need to be successful in your new role.

1) Quarterly private coaching sessions with your coach

2) Unlimited access to our proprietary eCoaching technology including a suite of new tools for you to utilize throughout your ongoing coaching journey

3) Free access to Ama La Vida educational and networking events

4) Ongoing access to our client and coach community to ask questions and request connections

You’ve done a lot of work to find and land this new position. Now is the time to ensure you are successful once you’re there. You will work with your coach to goal plan, develop new skills and navigate situations to maximize your impact and income in your new workplace!
