Join Coach Kenzi to shrink your inner critic and move forward more boldly. If you feel you haven’t been reaching your goals in part because you have a harsh inner critic, self-doubt or cruel self-talk during stressful times this session is a must.
In this session you will…
- Build self-awareness of your inner critic, notice patterns and conditions when it shows up, assign it a name and image. Dig deeper to find out where this voice originally came from.
- Talk through alternate strategies of how to speak to yourself and how to care for yourself. Create an image of a place of safety and refuge that you can tap into when your inner critic sneaks in.
- Create a list of strategies to practice in times of stress in order to better support yourself.
