ILLUMINATE YOUR PURPOSE
A desire for Purpose is a common thread across all generations. Employees want to do purposeful work – work that is meaningful and in turn is motivating and engaging. In the Illuminate Your Purpose (IYP) program, your employees will explore and uncover their passions, gifts, values and Purpose. They will then develop actionable strategies to integrate their new insights into their personal and professional life. They’ll finish the program feeling clear and confident about who they are, what they have to offer, and how they can find greater meaning, passion and fulfillment at work.
How it Works
Illuminate Your Purpose (IYP) is a hybrid coaching program consisting of five (5) core eCoaching modules and two (2) live coaching sessions with a certified Ama La Vida coach. The scientific approach utilized in this program helps employees understand and articulate their Purpose and how to live it out both professionally and personally. Though a series of deep, thought-provoking questions, IYP takes your employees on a self-reflective journey to understand themselves in new ways by exploring:

Using our proprietary eCoaching™ technology, IYP is designed to mimic the experience of a live coaching engagement. It will empower your employees to arrive at their own answers and solutions. We don’t simply have them select these attributes from a list like many other programs and assessments on the market. Our eCoaching™ technology supports them to explore their own feelings, thoughts and ideas in order to uncover new insights that guide them to unexpected answers and powerful solutions.
