We utilize a unique blend of live one-on-one coaching sessions, personalized assessments, and a proprietary curriculum in our online eCoaching platform.

Your coach will assign you modules to complete in between sessions to document your reflections, insights and commitments, and to maximize the impact of your time spent together. 

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

We offer two levels of membership to fit your goals and budget. Both membership options include:

1:1 sessions with your coach: You’ll meet with your coach one-on-one, either 2-times or 4-times each month.

Tailored assignments and assessments in our eCoaching suite: Based on your conversations, your coach will assign you eCoaching activities to develop and enhancing your coaching experience.

Access to all our coaches: We have a team of certified, experienced coaches ready and excited to work with you! We will pair you with the right person to match your needs and style, and you will also be given specialty sessions with other coaches as you might need them.

Learning the art of questioning to help the staff come to a decision/conclusion instead of providing all of the answers has been so rewarding.
