This is exciting stuff! We have a new ALV coach joining the team. This checklist will walk you through everything you need to do to get them up and running.

1. Email
This is the way we communicate now adays so let's get this new team member hooked up with an email account. Go to Google admin to add them as a user:

Enter their email address here:

2. Slack
Next up, internal communication. Time to welcome them to the wonderful world of slack. Click below to go to the ALV Coaches Slack page and add them where it says "invite people" on the left:

Check when done

Complete!

2. Payroll
You better believe this coach is going to want to collect their dollah dollah bills. Let's set them up to get paid. :

Enter their Payroll ID here:
