Uncover Your Unique Self
Illuminate Your Purpose (IYP) will help you understand and articulate who you are and how you want to integrate your core self as a leader. Through a series of deep, thought-provoking questions, IYP takes you on a self-reflective journey to understand yourself in new ways. In your 1:1 coaching session, you will develop actionable strategies to integrate your new insights into both your personal and professional life and gain a better understanding of your purpose. This program includes:
- A one-hour 1:1 session with your coach
- The Illuminate Your Purpose worksheet
- Your personalized plan of action
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Schedule your 1:1 Coaching session
Step 2
Complete the pre-session worksheet. This will take you no more than 10 minutes to complete and will provide your coach with critical information needed to support you in your session. Be sure to review the meeting notice for the name of your coach and indicate that on the form.
Step 3
Once your session is completed please return here to complete the post-session form. This will generate your personal plan! This is a critical final step in the process and the form should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
