This is my story
Hello, I’m Dani! I’m a Career Coach for women of color, a speaker, a presenter, and in my day-to-day a VP at a $29B+ global company. If you are the first or one of few in your space and ready to pivot careers, get promoted, expand your leadership skills, or find your voice, I’m your coach.
Over the last 13+ years, I’ve honed my pivot and promotion skills to grow into the First-Gen, Asian-Latina leader I am today. I am the first generation to graduate college in my immediate family, as well as the first generation to be born in the United States. I am proudly Puerto Rican, Filipino, and Chinese.
I’ve learned to turn conversations into job opportunities which has allowed me to change careers across multiple industries: public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce while achieving 11 promotions in 11 years.
The motivation for starting my coaching journey stemmed from the lack of representation in leadership positions and witnessing countless talented women, especially WOC, being overlooked.
My mission is to empower aspiring leaders, show them what’s possible and help them achieve their career goals.

For leaders, I provide targeted coaching to develop essential leadership skills, such as effective communication, decision-making, hiring, and team building. You’ll learn to step into leadership roles your unique way, identify your gifts, and leverage your strengths.
