I’m thrilled to be part of the Ama La Vida team, and I can confidently say that joining this organization is a dream come true. From the moment I became a client, I fell head over heels in love with the company, its culture, and, most importantly, its mission.
With over 18 years of experience in operations within the media industry, I bring a unique blend of skills to my role. As the Director of Client Experience, my mission is simple yet profound: to create and maintain the best client experience possible. I’m dedicated to ensuring that every interaction with our clients is filled with surprise and delight. Going above and beyond is not just a goal—it’s a commitment.
When I’m not busy delivering exceptional client experiences, I have two great passions in life: crafting and NASCAR. I know, it’s quite the combination! In fact, my workspace doubles as my craft room, allowing me to let my creativity flow while still ensuring our clients receive top-notch support.
