This is my story

I work with motivated professionals who are feeling stuck in their next career steps. I love my work as a coach, seeing others take control of their careers and find overall greater fulfillment and happiness in life due to their career decisions.

I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in your career. While I love my work now, I have made several career transitions to get to this point today. I have been in that place where you feel stuck and you’re trying to figure out what the right role for you is, or how to change to a different organization that better aligns with your values, strengths, and overall career goals.

Through working with a coach early in my career and continuing over the years to work on understanding my strengths and preferred skillsets, I uncovered what roles and organizations would be the best fit for me. Having been through multiple transitions myself, I’ve learned how to make this journey easier by using a framework to help you transition.

I Serve:

Professionals who want to…
  • make a pivot, shift, or complete career change
  • stop feeling stuck in their career, but are unsure how to get “unstuck”
  • be intentional about their next career steps
  • better understand themselves and their unique strengths
  • understand the types of roles and companies best suited to them so they can find a position that is a great fit

My Coaching Approach

My coaching style is to follow a process and framework so you have some structure and understanding of where the coaching engagement is going, yet be flexible to your needs. Our sessions will focus on what is most important to you at that time and related to your overall goals for coaching.

My approach is to ask a lot of questions, helping you uncover the answers that ultimately you have and may need some help to see clearly. My approach is to focus on your strengths and your ideal self first, working towards that vision during our coaching and empowering you to take ownership of your career!
