This is my story

If you’re feeling stuck in your career, successful on paper but quietly wondering whether this is really it, you’re in the right place. I have the honor and privilege of supporting individuals through exactly these kinds of crossroads, helping them reconnect with what matters and take meaningful steps toward a career and life that actually fit who they are today.

I know this territory because I’ve lived it. As Director of Supply Chain Analytics at a Chicago-based company, leading a team and supporting major retail organizations, I had every outward marker of success, and I felt utterly stuck.

Working with a coach of my own opened the door to what I now call “transformational discomfort,” the honest, sometimes uncomfortable process of noticing what was no longer working, creating intentional space to re-establish my sense of self, and taking the steps that felt right for me, even when they weren’t the expected ones. That journey led me from corporate leadership into coursework in coaching and, ultimately, to becoming an ICF-certified coach, all while being a proud mom of two young boys and continuing to grow each day.

My approach is strengths-based. Together, we start with the skills and natural talents you most want to develop, and use them as the foundation for what comes next. From there, we uncover the parts of you that have been suppressed or set aside and create room for them to thrive. As new awareness takes shape and your life begins to shift, fresh considerations emerge, and with consistent effort, those small shifts compound into powerful breakthroughs and a career that feels unmistakably yours.

Individuals who:
  • Feel stuck or in a rut and are ready for something to shift
  • Struggle to set and maintain boundaries that protect their energy
  • Default to fawn, flight, freeze, or fight under pressure
  • Feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin
Professionals who:
  • Are tech-minded, analytical, or innovative by nature
  • Know they’re capable of more but feel unclear on the next step
  • Want real work/life balance, not just the idea of it
Leaders:
  • Are willing to do the internal work to better support their people
  • Identify as servant leaders
  • Put others first, sometimes at the expense of themselves

My Coaching Approach

I meet clients where they are and partner with them to build a bridge to where they want to go. I’m especially skilled at supporting clients through gaining clarity and navigating identity reformation, work that asks you to slow down, listen to what you already know and feel to be true, and develop sharper discernment for the delicate and nuanced dynamics in your life and career.

My approach is holistic. I draw on tools like CliftonStrengths, Highly Effective Job Search techniques based on the work of Orville Pierson, and trauma-informed practices. I’m also trained in somatic work, with a particular focus on grounding and energy clearing, so the shifts we create don’t just stay in your head. They take root in your body and show up in your everyday choices.

Beyond one-on-one coaching, I partner with organizations on visioning and strategy work that goes beyond surface-level change to support full transformation, for the business and the people inside it.
