PMP-certified Project Manager, 15+ years of experience managing $200M+ global projects in 11 countries
This is my story
I know what it feels like to stand at a career crossroads. I’ve worked in 11 countries, left a job without another in place, and been laid off. These experiences taught me that transitions aren’t setbacks. They’re opportunities, as long as you have a plan to manage the risk. That deep comfort with ambiguity is why I gravitate toward leaders who are asking, “Is this it?”
My clients are well-established, successful on paper, and often managing large, complex teams, but tired of a full plate that no longer challenges them or fits the life they actually want. Many lead through matrix structures, influence without formal authority, or step into bigger scope than they’ve held before, and they need a thought partner who can match strategic rigor with real accountability.
My coaching practice is built on the belief that strategic planning and space for discovery go hand in hand. As a PMP-certified project manager who has led cross-functional teams of up to 80 people across 11 countries and $200M+ in global portfolios, I bring a leader’s operating discipline into the coaching room. Clients describe my style as direct, strategic, action-oriented, and explorative. I challenge them to explore what’s possible, then provide the structure and accountability to turn that vision into reality.

Testimonials
My mindset [shifted] from [session 1] just trying to find a job to finding ways to fund and live the life I want. Meris challenged me to look beyond the 9 to 5, salaried positions in the fields I already knew.” – Karah M.
Meris is an outstanding Transformation Coach. She went above and beyond to meet with me throughout my job search. Not only did she provide helpful insights from her own experience in Social Impact, she also shared thorough data-informed research. I always appreciate the resources she compiles and generously offers on LinkedIn- evincing her deep commitment to supporting others on their professional paths, as well as her engagement in this work as a thought partner and leader.
I was especially impressed after a conversation preparing for a job interview, when I received a follow-up email with a list of film and podcast recommendations related to the employer’s mission, which she had curated from her own personal learning. Her coaching is affirming and generative- I highly recommend working with No Stone Unturned, as Meris upholds the name!” – Hannah B.
