This is my story

Hi there, thanks for popping by! I’m Zoe and I would love to help you not only reach your goals but to expand what you believe your potential to be.

I never actually thought about what I wanted to be “when I grew up.” I majored in Business Administration in college because my dad told me to. I stuck it out as long as I could in a “great” job right out of college – salary, benefits, title, name-recognition company, etc. – because that’s what I thought was the “right” thing to do, although I quickly realized it was not the right fit for me. After multiple unfulfilling roles and a move to another country, I did some soul (and Google) searching and made a complete career change, going back to college to earn my Masters in Higher Education. There were many times throughout my career journey that I wish I had met with a Career Coach to help guide and empower me, and I am excited about the opportunity to be that person for others now.

With a background in business, personal experience in making a drastic career change, and proven experience helping hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds with various career aspects (career exploration, resumes, interviews, etc.), I hope to get to work with you soon on transforming your life into one you truly love!

My Coaching Approach

My motto is “Be-you-to-full.” How that manifests in our coaching sessions is that I want to empower you to be confident being YOU to the fullest. This is accomplished through collaboration and partnership, as my goal is not to hand solutions to you or do the steps for you, but to educate you on your options, empower you to find solutions that align with your goals, and encourage you to take on challenges with confidence in your abilities.

A quote that resonates with me when I reflect on my coaching style is: “Be met where you are, but be pushed to where you want to be.” I will utilize a balance of challenge and support to help you take ownership of your successes and channel confidence into your career. I tailor my approach with each client to ensure I am meeting them where they are and communicating with them in a manner most effective, while still allowing my bubbly, caring, and compassionate nature to shine through.
