What is Gut Health Coaching?

About The ALV
Gut Health Method
The ALV Gut Health Method is a 12-week coaching journey. This program is intended to create sustainable change in your life through identifying triggers, creating healthy habits and making mental shifts in the way you think about your food and gut.
During your weekly 1:1 sessions with Coach Sophie, she will help you overcome obstacles, celebrate victories and brainstorm solutions! Our coaching is highly personalized, and so each person’s journey through the program will be different. Here is a brief overview of the framework we will follow and the content we may cover in our work together:
Assess – Session 0
We get to know you! Together, you and your coach will work to establish baselines, strengths, areas of opportunity and goals. During the assessment phase, you’ll work with your coach to collect data points to inform your coaching plan for maximum results.
Discover – Sessions 1-4
You get to know you! With your coach you’ll review your assessment data points, build your self-awareness, work on developing skills to grow your personal learnings and reflection. During the discover phase, you’ll work with your coach to make sense of the data points you have and execute on your plan to achieve your goals.
Implement – Sessions 5-8
We work on sustainable habit change! The implementing phase is when you’ll work with your coach to take action steps, leverage feedback and adjust accordingly. You’ll work hand in hand with your coach to check in on your progress and finish your results planning!
Transition – Sessions 9-12
You make it stick! This phase is designed to build in accountability to ensure you stick with the habits you’ve started and prime you to conquer another goal. With your coach, you’ll reflect on the next goal you want to conquer and move back into assess to continue creating a life you love.
