I’m a Co-founder and the Chief Coaching Officer here at Ama La Vida. My job is to make sure our coaching makes a lasting impact on your life. In addition to our team of certified coaches, I’ll be working closely with your head coach in the background to ensure we are supporting you in every way possible. You’ll be matched with the perfect coach for you based on your personal preferences and goals. This will be your head coach.
You’ll also have the support of our entire team of certified coaches for specific goals, challenges or topics that come up along the way.

FAQs
Q: How many sessions do I get?
A: Your 6 Month Masterplan membership gives you access to 2 sessions per month, so you’ll complete a total of 12 sessions in the 6-month period. If you want to accelerate your goals even more and have more frequent sessions, we also have a 4 session per month option!
Q: How am I paired with a coach?
A: You can view our list of coaches here and select the one that you’d like to work with. Alternatively, you can click here to receive a complimentary consultation to be paired with a coach based on your personality and goals.
Q: What if I don’t click with my coach?
A: You can transition to a different coach at any time during your 6 Month Masterplan or thereafter.
Q: What happens after the 6 months?
A: You continue working with your coach via our 2 sessions per month membership! You will be automatically enrolled in this membership to ensure you don’t lose momentum. If you do not want to continue, you can opt out at any time.
Q: What if I don’t want to complete all 12 of my sessions?
A: Unfortunately your prepaid sessions are not refundable. You may gift them to a friend!
Q: What do I have to lose?
A: Nothing, but you have so much to gain!
Q: Is this promotion valid for new clients only?
