Life can get so crazy busy that we sometimes forget to recognize all of the things we're achieving, let alone celebrate other people for what they're achieving too! Most of us underestimate just how important recognition is! Not only does it release positive endorphins, but from a neurological perspective, it also empowers, motivates and creates a "success" mindset. So today, we want to celebrate you and we want to support you to celebrate others too! What is one thing that you have done recently that's worth celebrating? Don't say nothing! Maybe you got a promotion or maybe you have done a good job of taking care of a sick family member or maybe you finished something you had been procrastinating on. Anything! Write it below: Great! Now take a minute to reflect and then write a short congratulations note to recognize yourself for what you achieved.
