Coach training from the U. S. Government, Federal Coach Training Program, sponsored by Office of Personnel ManagementAssociate Certified Coach certification from the International Coaching FederationTen Steps to a Federal Job® certification from Kathryn Troutman, The Resume Place500+ hours of coaching experience This is my story Hi, I’m Dorisse, known as Coach D. As a former federal hiring manager and certified Federal Career Coach, I bring over 40 years of experience in federal service spanning leadership, career development, and human resources. I have blended this foundation with professional coaching to empower, train and mentor mission-driven professionals seeking meaningful, strategic career growth. I guide federal jobseekers and public servants who wish to compete for federal positions or pivot into private or nonprofit sectors. My focus is on serving those who are not starting from scratch but are ready for clarity, confidence, and a plan to move forward. My coaching experience comes from a place that helps people to write their story’s next chapter with IMPACT which stands for Intentional Mindset, Purposeful Alignment, Clarity & Trust. I’m committed to supporting you with grace, insight, and proven strategies whether you are applying, advancing, or transitioning in your career. Here’s three lessons I’ve learned and want to share with you: 1. You are more qualified than you realize. Your experience, voice, values, character strengths, and resilience are not soft skills. They uniquely set you apart.2. You do not need to have it all figured out.As partners, we will explore what you are good at, what matters to you now, and how to align those things into a career path that you want.3. You are not here to settle. You are here to build a life and career that makes sense to your current self, not with the one from five or more years ago. Coaching found me after the unexpected loss of my mom, and it was a life changing moment that made me reflect on living without regrets and the impact I wanted to make in service. It was during this time that I began helping others dream bigger and pursue possibilities they had not imagined. My career began as a typist at the FBI. No shortcuts. No fancy titles. I climbed the ranks to become the first Black Muslim woman to lead mission support operations in one of the FBI’s largest field offices. Throughout my career, I prioritized two key principles: investing in people and blending pivot and growth strategies even when I faced challenges or doubts that I didn’t fit the mold. I had to rebuild my confidence after closed doors and then re-enter through a different one. The experiences shaped my approach and that is why I coach with grace, strategy, and an understanding of leading with strengths, values, and integrity, not your fears. I LOVE to work with: The individuals I work with are mission-driven professionals who carry wisdom, experience, and are not starting from scratch. Some are navigating change, others are seeking clarity, and most are looking to feel aligned again in their identity and work. They can be: My Coaching Approach I’m not a transactional coach; I invest in a relational coaching style, drawing from my insider federal expertise. I believe you deserve the opportunity for your next chapter to feel authentic to you. Know that you don’t have to navigate the journey alone. I’m here to walk with you on this transformative path supported by resources, clear guidance, and my expertise in the federal and non-federal sectors.

Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Minor in Psychology – Virginia TechMaster of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling – Radford University This is my story We’re often taught that once you pick a career and get the right education, happiness will follow. But for many, it’s far more complicated than that—and I’ve lived through it. I started my career believing that to live my purpose, I needed to help others. This led me to mental health counseling, and while I earned degrees and took on challenging roles, I quickly found myself stuck. The work, while important, didn’t align with who I truly was, and I felt drained, lost, and questioning my future. Moving from job to job, I realized it wasn’t just about doing meaningful work but finding work that fit my life. My role as a counselor and then an academic advisor helped me understand that even when a job checks all the boxes, it doesn’t mean it’s the right long-term path. I was helping others, but the pace and lack of balance left me feeling stuck yet again. This led me to rethink my career for the second time, this time more strategically. When I finally transitioned into professional development and career coaching, I found my true calling. Helping others achieve their professional goals through coaching, teaching, and meaningful programming lit a fire in me. But through it all, I also learned that while loving your work is crucial, it has to fit into the life you want to live. My own journey taught me how to strike that balance, and it’s this perspective I bring to my clients. I became a career coach because I’ve been exactly where you are—stuck, unsure of the next step, and longing for work that feels fulfilling and sustainable. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to make a change, especially when you’re drained by the day-to-day. But I also know the transformative power of finding the right path. With my experience, both personal and professional, I’m here to help you uncover a career that not only brings you success but also aligns with your deepest values and the life you want to live. I Serve: People who: Professionals who: Leaders who: My Coaching Approach My coaching approach is rooted in creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your career journey with clarity and confidence. Drawing on my background in counseling, my primary goal is to connect, listen deeply, and ask thoughtful, insightful questions to help you reflect on your goals, identify patterns, and challenge limiting beliefs. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and that you can create the life you want! I’m here to guide you in uncovering the answers that already lie within. In our sessions, I integrate practical tools, self-discovery frameworks, and evidence-based strategies, along with my expertise in resume writing, cover letter writing, interviewing, and networking skills. Whether you’re navigating a career change, seeking to align your work with your values, or looking to optimize your professional growth, I will help you define your path and equip you with the skills and confidence to pursue it. Together, we’ll work toward creating a career that not only fulfills your ambitions but also enhances your life. What My Clients Say “Maggie was an invaluable support throughout my job search. She guided me in networking, expressing my personal brand, and boosting my confidence during the application and interview process. She also helped me transition smoothly into my new role and develop skills that I’ll carry with me throughout my future academic and professional journey. What stood out most was Maggie’s patience and genuine empathy. She always took the time to understand my challenges and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful for Maggie’s guidance and highly recommend her to anyone looking to grow in their career!” – “Maggie is truly an inspiration and an amazing example of true leadership founded on compassion and authenticity. I’m so blessed to have not only met her, but worked with and learned from her during my college career. I am so grateful for the many lessons, laughs, and real talks we shared.” – “Hearing Maggie’s story and seeing her passion has made all the difference. She gave me the confidence to embrace my decisions and trust my journey. She inspired me to seek out a role that has allowed me to support and guide others the way she supported me. I truly cannot thank her enough for being such a memorable and influential coach.”

Master of Fine Arts, Poetry, Columbia University in the City of New YorkMaster of Arts, Afro-American Studies, University of Wisconsin-MadisonBachelor of Arts, English and American Literature and Afro-American Studies, Brown UniversityAssociate Certified Coach, International Coaching FederationSHRM-CP, Society for Human Resources ProfessionalsHealthcare Leadership Coach Certification, Pyramid Resource Group’s Healthcare Coaching Institute (125 hours)Coach Certification Program, Coach Academy International (62 hours) This is my story My professional story is rooted in developing people as a coach, program manager, and facilitator. I’ve done this work in healthcare, academia, and the nonprofit arts sector. My personal story is centered in the arts. Both coaching and the arts are dynamic, human-centered, and facilitate change, and both require curiosity, innovation, empathy, and resilience. My work as a coach and as a creative informs each other and provides me with ongoing opportunities to learn, a sense of purpose, and joy. I’ve partnered with clients to explore, align, and achieve their personal and professional goals in my private coaching practice and for organizations such as the State Department, Ted.com, the National Gallery of Art, and Meta. I’ve developed employees in my human resources work at Mass General Brigham (healthcare) and Studio Museum in Harlem (nonprofit arts), and I’ve developed students in my student affairs work at Harvard Medical School and Columbia University. I LOVE to work with • Clients who want to shift from “getting a job” to pro-actively seeking long-term career fulfillment based on their talents and values • Professionals who want support identifying and staying on track with career goals as they navigate family and work commitments • New managers who’ve been promoted because of technical expertise and need to develop people leadership skills • Creatives who seek balance as they juggle day jobs and artistic pursuits • Leaders who want to lean into the people side of their work, including DEIB, emotional intelligence, and coaching • Women leaders and leaders of color who wish to create and step into their professional brands • Emerging leaders who want to define and cultivate their authentic leadership style • Clients who struggle with “psycho-sclerosis” (the hardening of one’s attitude) and want help getting unstuck • People who aren’t sure what they want to do professionally and need thought partnership as they figure things out My Coaching Approach Coaching is grounded in psychological safety and powered by curiosity. It’s designed to elicit the clarity and confidence we need to trust our inner teacher and thrive on our own terms. I believe that a practice of setting clear, specific goals is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Another powerful way to facilitate positive change is this: to notice stories, beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that get in the way of the goals we set and to practice being curious about them without judgment. My approach to coaching is empathetic, rigorous, collaborative, and creative. I’m especially interested in clients’ unique backgrounds and values, aspirations, superpowers, and learning styles. “At the center of your being you have the answer; you know who you are, and you know what you want.” — Lao Tzu What My Clients Say “My experience was great from start to finish. Each session was structured, collaborative and concluded with us measuring the progress made toward the session goal as well as cumulatively across the previous sessions. I was supported as well as challenged throughout the process. I benefited tremendously from the quality of the questions Donia posed as well as her synthesis and reframing of things we discussed. Our work together was invaluable in helping me to recalibrate my career goals and chart a clear path forward.” – D Mc “Donia is an extraordinary coach. I cannot say enough to recommend her for her skills as a coach, but also for the style and presence she brings to every coaching interaction. I nearly mistyped “presence” as “presents” and chuckled as I realized how apt that word is, also, to describe Donia’s coaching…because she is gifted and shares her gifts easily and generously with her coaching clients. While these “gifts” Donia possesses as a coach are innumerable, I will do my best to highlight those that made a real difference for me these last months. First, Donia creates a structure for coaching calls that provides safety and comfort with its consistency. Then she moves fluidly and gracefully within that structure to go wherever the client needs to go on a given day. She greeted me warmly, on every call, with an inquiry about my hopes or intentions for our time together. The routine of this opening to every conversation helped me arrive each time with goals in mind and a sense of how I wanted to best use our call. Then, we’d dance with whatever showed up. Second, the best coaches ask good questions. After listening intently to what I said, Donia demonstrated a natural ability to ask a question that clarified, deepened, or (in some cases) challenged my thinking. Combined with her gentle, kind, and supportive presence, her questions helped me explore perspectives and options that I’d have not entertained on my own. Third, while I know she consciously reserved her insights and ideas until after I’d explored my own, Donia had a scalpel-like way of giving me a precise piece of input – at just the right time – to get me unstuck. Again, delivered with care and warmth, she’d shine a light on a blind spot and help me see my way through a difficult situation, self-limiting outlook, or life challenge. Finally, I know I’ve said a lot about her calming style, but what I loved most about her coaching is that she combined that style with an edge of accountability. Because of the balanced tone Donia set, I always knew I was ultimately in charge of what we talked about, what I was taking away from each interaction, and what I would do in the time between our calls. The blending of her graceful style and her firm sense of accountability was

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration | UNC Chapel HillMaster of Business Administration | Harvard Business SchoolMaster of Christian Ministry | Mercer University (expected 2025)Certified Intermediate (Conversational) Language Skills | Spanish and Korean Experienced career and life coach with more than 10 years of changing lives.Global leader with responsibilities spanning leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and talent management.Husband to a beautiful and hilarious lady.Dad to a curious and courageous son. This is my story I really like the person I’m becoming! When you meet me, you’ll see this patient, disciplined, self-aware guy who walks in clarity and purpose. You’ll hear someone who has learned to listen to his gut and challenge the things about his career and life that aren’t serving him. But understand this… I haven’t always been this way! I used to allow imposter syndrome and self-doubt to get the best of me. In fact, I quit my first consulting job because I felt I’d been promoted too fast, thinking “What if I can’t do the work? What if it turns out I don’t deserve this promotion?” I used to let my perfectionist tendencies tempt me into procrastination and laziness. I could be in the Guinness Book of World Records for the number of times I’ve said, “I’ll do it later.” I used to ruminate over the first (and twenty-first) impressions I made, wondering if I’d talked too much or rubbed someone the wrong way or forgotten to smile when I said “goodbye.” Luckily, I’ve learned to trust myself and my personality. And who am I kidding? I’m always smiling 🙂 I used to worry that I’d never find passion in my work or purpose in my career. So many companies and roles that didn’t quite “fit,” you know? Maybe you’ve struggled with this nagging thought as well? I want to give you a sense of where I came from. Through self-reflection and a lot of coaching, I’ve learned habits and tools for turning negative or anxious thoughts into productive actions. I’ve learned how to look to the past to craft a compelling narrative for my future. I’ve learned how to have confidence and security in the fact that I’m right where I’m supposed to be. I LOVE to work with: Leaders who: Professionals who: High-achievers who: My Coaching Approach I’d describe my coaching style as encouraging, casual, and realistic. My coaching sessions are a judgment-free zone. I know how it feels to sit across the computer screen from a coach, afraid to tell them I didn’t do my homework or I made the same mistake with my boss again. It’s not a great feeling. While I do want you to feel accountable to yourself and the goals we’ve made, I also understand that life happens and change is hard. We’re a team, and we’ll work on things together. During our first session, you’ll begin to notice that I ask really, really interesting questions. I’m naturally curious and I find that answering questions is a great way for you to access motivations and emotions that you haven’t paid attention to in a while. I’m also pretty darn intuitive and emotionally intelligent. I can tell when something’s uncomfortable, not being said, or simply not quite right. I’ll often call it out, saying something like “Hey, I’m picking up on X, is it just me?” Lastly, I’ve been told I have a disarming sense of humor. That means I know how to lighten the mood to build rapport and release the pressure. I know long lists of to-do’s, changes, and goals can get overwhelming, so I’ll use wit and humor to call it out before moving you forward with smaller steps. What My Clients Say “Working with Elliott has truly been a transformative journey. Elliott’s coaching provided not only a supportive space but also challenged me to explore new perspectives and confront my limitations. Through his questions and exercises, I discovered underlying beliefs that were holding me back, and I’ve since shifted towards a more positive and proactive mindset.” – Dominique S., Founder and CEO, Intramark^ “In working with Elliott, he has pushed me to think more creatively and strategically. I’m able to recognize the behaviors that are not serving me, think ahead, and subsequently change course. One of Elliott’s (many) gifts is that he is able to absorb information, distill it down, and present it back to you in a clarifying way. This has been especially helpful to me as I’ve been in periods of change or transition. I would recommend Elliott to anyone seeking coaching, without hesitation.” – Ally J., Associate Director, Creative Talent Endeavors “You were great 🙂 You were super connecting, a great listener, insightful and relatable. I really appreciated our time together and it was a unique value outside of the other coaches I have worked with 🙂“ – Michelle M., Senior Program Manager, Meta “Since working with Elliott, I’ve become increasingly more aware of my perceived weaknesses and how to navigate them. So much of our time was spent changing perceptions and creating actionable goals in every facet of my life. Whether it was professional, personal, or religious Elliott consistently created a safe space to explore every issue/goal to ensure I had the tools and confidence to pursue them.” – Eman A., Senior Associate, Bed Bath and Beyond

As a career and leadership coach, my journey has been anything but ordinary. I’ve worked as an attorney with extensive litigation and policy experience, while also diving into the world of education, where I taught 2nd grade as part of Teach For America on the west side of Chicago. My career has spanned both the government and private sectors, and I’ve also embraced entrepreneurial opportunities along the way. What has remained consistent across every chapter of my career is a deep commitment to service. I’ve always believed in helping people reach their highest potential. Whether in the courtroom, the classroom, or the boardroom, I’m driven by a vision to support others in living meaningful, impactful lives. But my story isn’t just about professional achievements. It’s also about resilience. I’m a two-time open-heart surgery survivor, first as an infant and again as a teenager. Those life-defining experiences taught me not just to survive, but to live with passion, purpose, and gratitude. It’s that same sense of resilience and hope that fuels my coaching work today. I’m here to inspire others to embrace their challenges, pursue their dreams with enthusiasm, and never forget the importance of living a life that is fully realized. Who I Serve Individuals who: Professionals who: Leaders who: My Coaching Approach I believe in a customized coaching approach because success isn’t “one-size-fits-all.” I take the time to understand your unique goals—whether personal, professional, or both—and together, we’ll create a plan aligned with your values that helps you achieve meaningful results. For instance, if you’re navigating burnout or stress, I’ll help you find balance, reduce overwhelm, and refocus on what matters most. If you’re feeling stuck or unfulfilled despite career success, I can assist you in identifying transferable skills and aligning your work with your deeper passions, opening new opportunities and paths. For leaders, whether you’re new to the role or seeking to build stronger teams, I’ll support you in developing emotional intelligence, refining decision-making, and nurturing resilience for sustainable leadership growth. If you’re looking for quick, transactional fixes, our work may reflect that. But if you’re ready for long-term, impactful change, I invite you to approach coaching with curiosity, openness, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. This mindset will guide our journey, unveiling the most effective path forward for you. My coaching combines mindfulness practices with an actionable, results-oriented approach to both immediate progress and sustainable transformation. As your coach, I’ll be both your cheerleader and accountability partner—celebrating wins while keeping you accountable to the commitments you’ve made. Through reflective exercises and goal-setting techniques, I’ll encourage you to think critically, embrace new perspectives, and move forward with clarity and confidence. At the heart of my coaching is curiosity. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, tackling leadership challenges, or seeking a more fulfilling life, I’ll help you explore new avenues, ask transformative questions, and uncover possibilities that have been hidden by limiting mindsets. CPC – iPECELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner; also from iPEC)PCC (Professional Certified Coach) – ICF This is my story How fulfilled are you feeling right now? Seriously, be honest with yourself. Do you find yourself wanting to make a professional change, but don’t know what it is you want to do next? Or, are you crystal clear on what you want to do next, but either don’t know how to make it happen or are terrified of giving it a try? Or, are you currently checked out in front of your television, wondering where it all went wrong, trying to remember if you still have some ice cream left in the freezer (no judgment, I’ve been there!)? I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve wanted more. I wanted something that was more aligned with my values, strengths, and passions. I’ve longed for the type of work that fed my soul, in addition to paying the bills. I’ve fought my way clear of the inner narratives that told me I couldn’t, I shouldn’t, or that I wasn’t even capable of stepping into what I truly wanted. Let me tell you, being on the other side of that fight is an AMAZING place to be! Sound like something you’d be interested in? Let’s talk! I Serve I serve leaders at all levels who are looking to make any sort of change for themselves! Leaders who… Professionals who… People who… My Coaching Approach I take the time to truly connect with and get to know each and every client on a deep level. I tend to start coaching engagements with some values work, so that both myself and the client can have a base knowledge of what’s truly important to them (this helps me to ground/challenge them when necessary when they’re navigating things like they’re making decisions, making changes, etc.). Clients can expect a lot of empathy and compassion, as well as direct (yet polite) challenges. They can expect to laugh a lot, even while we’re doing the hard work. I like to partner fully with my clients to co-create the life that they truly want. My coaching is comprehensive, meaning nothing is off-limits if they want to work on it. I encourage them to bring their whole selves to sessions. What my clients say “I came to Ama La Vida during a period of major transition, relocating while also trying to pivot my career, and I was not sure what direction to take. The holistic approach really stood out. Instead of pushing me toward a specific role, my coach, Tricia, helped me step back and better understand my strengths, passions, and possibilities. Through our work together, I was able to narrow my focus, overcome limiting beliefs, and build a clear direction for my job search. I also appreciated the opportunity to connect with other specialized coaches, which provided well-rounded support throughout the process. This experience not only helped me in the moment but also gave me tools and a foundation I will carry with me throughout my career, and I would absolutely return to Ama La Vida in the future.” – Lily B “Yesterday I accepted an offer with Panera as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. Everything we worked on together gave me so much more clarity and confidence to move forward. Our calls felt like a safe place to unload my fears and uncertainty and come out the other side feeling like I had a plan. It reshaped my whole understanding of what I enjoy doing at work and how to look for the right types of jobs.” – Georgia F – “Tricia is just what I was looking for in a coach. She is upbeat, welcoming and has a great sense of humor all backed by deep professional expertise. She gently and firmly helps me sort through superficial distractions so we can get to the heart of the matter. Then, she supports me as I put together a plan that creates real momentum toward my goals. I always come away from our session with a renewed sense of energy and clarity about what I want to do next. Having Tricia as my coach has been like having a partner and a champion. I recommend her very highly!” – Elizabeth E., SVP, Market Research (IRi/Chief) – “Tricia is an incredible coach who has supported and guided me in both my personal and professional endeavors. She leads with empathy and understanding, which creates an open space for growth. I walk away from every session feeling seen and heard. This alone has made a major impact on my life. One of the most wonderful tools Tricia has taught me is reframing. She brings warmth and compassion into every conversation. But still has the ability to kindly challenge me to reframe the way I see or interpret a situation. This practice has helped me handle difficult situations and tough decisions as well as to be more compassionate with myself. I am so grateful for the eye opening conversations and revelations we’ve had over the last two years. Tricia has been a true light in my life and I’m very thankful for the many gifts her coaching has brought me.” – Hailey T., Marketing & PR Director (Redbull) – “Working with Tricia is one of the best decisions I have ever made! Since our first coaching session in June 2021, my personal and professional confidence has skyrocketed. I went from feeling ‘stuck’ to gaining a better understanding of my values, what I want from my work and where I have been holding myself back. As a result I can truly say that I feel a new sense of freedom and agency in regard to my own life. In just 9 months with Tricia, I have made a mid-career switch, transitioned into a new sector, negotiated a better salary and title for myself and am now sketching out a plan to go freelance. I’m a Leadership Coach, speaker, leadership trainer, and a mother of 2. If you are new to leadership, want to expand your leadership skills, or find your confidence and a way of leading with authenticity, I’m your coach. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve personally walked a path of learning how to navigate having a high-achievement mindset, leading teams, and training people in leadership skills across a large number of organizations, from Fortune 50 to small businesses – all while recovering from burnout early on in my corporate career as a trainer and consultant. The motivation for starting my journey as a coach stemmed from a deeply rooted drive to support others in finding their path, one that is sustainable. It brings me so much joy to see people around me thrive! This is why I chose training and development as a career, but the feeling of only scratching the surface as a leadership trainer grew stronger over the years. I Serve Leaders who: My Coaching Approach With a background in Organizational Psychology and Neuroscience, I use science-based approaches and interventions to support my clients in achieving their goals, paired with a deep understanding of leadership challenges and best practices. My mission is to empower you wherever you are on your path and help you navigate the challenges of leadership. I begin by understanding your objectives, strengths, values, and areas for growth. From there, we develop a personalized roadmap and set measurable goals. Throughout the coaching journey, I provide guidance, resources, and tools to help you overcome obstacles and stay motivated. My promise to you is that I will meet you with genuine care and curiosity, and with a fierce dedication to help you reach your goal. My coaching approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, humor, and trust to drive change and transformation. I will be candid with my clients if I see an opportunity for growth. I might ask some hard questions, always coming from a place of care and in service of your goal. If you are looking for blanket advice or someone telling you what to do, I am not your coach. Instead, I will support you with new perspectives, and partner with you in finding your own path that feels true to you. If you are looking for a coaching relationship that is free of judgment, completely confidential, focused on your goals, and on propelling you forward in the direction you choose, I would be honored to work with you.

I work with people who are in transition and who want to make big changes. Whether you’re just starting out or starting over, taking the plunge to make a big career pivot, finding a way to get into the fast lane at work, or simply discovering your passion and purpose – I’m your coach. I have spent the past 20 years starting from an hourly retail job and growing all the way into the C-suite, serving in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies, including almost a decade in leadership at Starbucks. I may not have seen it all yet, but I have seen a LOT and it makes me the perfect partner to have as your coach on the sidelines, helping you navigate the nebulous world that is corporate America (and life). I live for shaking things up and helping you achieve goals that thus far have only been ideas or dreams. What you want out of life and career is in fact possible. I know this because I’ve done it myself and I have helped many others. I Serve People who: Professionals who: My Coaching Approach My coaching style is warm, open, collaborative, and fun. I believe in getting stuff done, but there is no rule saying we can’t fully enjoy the journey. And while I do pride myself in being tons of fun to work with, I also bring an element of intensity to our partnership which helps you get traction. You can expect me to challenge you, to notice and share when I see unhelpful patterns or self-limiting thoughts and beliefs, or when I can just tell you have more to give. I will ask you the question you were hoping no one would ask, and I’ll celebrate with you at every victory along the way, big or small. Grounded in mindfulness, self-awareness, and decisive and inspired action, my methodology will help you to become consciously aware of what you want, craft a plan of action, and sustainably achieve your goals. What my clients say “Kim has helped me completely re-engineer not only my career but my life as well. When I first met with her, I was at the top of my game in the job I had been working toward all my career, yet I felt empty inside. She helped me get real with what I truly wanted versus what I thought I was supposed to want. Then we worked on short and long term goals and a step-by-step transition plan. I am happy to say I am now in a totally different role and loving it. It was not an easy shift, but I felt supported and that I had someone who was as invested in my success as I was. Kim is a skillful coach and mentor and I don’t think I would have found this path or moved as quickly as I did without her help.” – Megan A. (Amazon) – “I worked with Kim to overcome some issues with confidence. I have always been a pretty confident person, but when I was promoted last year something shifted and I struggled with communication and presence. She was very creative with the exercises and practice sessions. Along the way I learned what the root causes were for this and was able to strengthen confidence as I worked through them. I have since been promoted again and I will use the skills I learned for the rest of my career.” – Scott P. – “I have found the experience so far to have been extremely beneficial. It has helped me find the tools to pivot my career path. Prior to signing up from Ama La Vida, I was experiencing severe burnout. I now feel re-energized and purposeful.” – Martha T.
